A Consecrated Life
The Thomas Nation launched another arrow. My daughter, Sophia, was given in marriage to a good, godly young man, Sterling Marcantel this past Saturday.
A separate distinct house hold has been set apart to raise a Kingdom family.
The next day our church celebrated the move to our new location. We held a consecration service. Amazingly, we moved from Promise Lane to God’s Way. You can’t make this stuff up
Consecration means set apart. It is dedicating oneself, one's possessions, and one's life to God. It is seeking to live a life pleasing to Him and dedicated to serving His purposes.
Consecration promotes spiritual growth, service to God, and a desire to live a more holy life.
We consecrated the pulpit of the American Reformation Church to preach the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help us God.
We consecrated our new location to the Lord to further the vision and mission of ARC.
Utilizing the communion table and covenant meal of the Lord, we, as a church body, devoted ourselves afresh and anew to advance the Gospel of the Kingdom, be salt and light, and fulfill the Great Commission.
We also set apart OSA and our church has committed to be the covering and sending church of this vital national ministry. It is a high honor and sobering responsibility.
We finished by praying for and sending out some missionaries from our church to go to the Bahamas to help build a church to house Hattian refugees. To God be the glory!
