Christ's Power is Made Perfect in Weakness: an Interview with Pastor Derin Stidd

For 25 years, all Pastor Derin Stidd focused on and consumed was theology and doctrine.

His mind was his greatest strength and it wasn't until later in life that he realized there was something missing in his walk with the Lord.

It was the power and intimacy of prayer. Unbeknownst to him, God was going to create an opportunity for him to be filled with his love and Spirit.

Through a traumatic brain injury, he began to seek the Lord with zeal and desire. When all other parts of his ability to relate to God was gone, it was through the hours of prayer that he was able to commune with the Spirit of God and be filled with Him.
